NEW LASER GAUGE MEASURES
DIAMETERS UP TO 40 mm

Aeroel introduce their new Laser Gauge suitable for diameter measurement up to 40 mm. Featuring excellent accuracy and designed for industrial environment, this gauge is available both as ALS40 version, to be used in the Aeoel Laser Systems, and as ILS40 version, with built in electronics, to allow direct connection to PC, NC and PLC, via the RS232/RS485 standard serial interface.

Measuring field: 40 mm
Minimum measurable diameter: 0.06 mm
Repeatability: ±0.25 mm (±3s, T=1s)
Linearity: ± 1.5 mm
Dimensions: 445 x 134 x 68,5 mm

Thanks to its specifications, this new gauge is an ideal diameter sensor for OEMs, System Integrators and Machine Manufacturers, for applications like bar and tubes measurement, ground or turned parts checking, extrusion control, etc. The new gauge completes and expands the family of the Aeroel Intelligent Laser Sensors and the range of the Aeroel Laser Measuring and Control Systems.
