PROFIBUS INTERFACE for the Aeroel Laser Sensors

For all the ILS Laser Sensors it is now available an interface module between the RS232 (Aeroel Protocol) and the Profibus Field Bus. This device allows to connect the ILS Intelligent Laser Sensors to Numeric Controls or PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) using Profibus. To day the communication is one-way only, to download the measured data: the gauge set-up must be done una-tantum through the RS232 line, using a VT100 terminal or a PC emulating a terminal (Hyperterminal).
The same device can be used to interface most of the Aeroel Dedicated Systems.
