The new "Gold Label" Laser Micrometers

Aeroel introduce the new XLS laser micrometers scanning at 1500 Hz, to replace the previous ones scanning at 1200 Hz.
These new sensors join the 480 Hz scanners and complete the GOLD LABEL series, that use the FDB (Fluid Dynamic Bearing) scanning motor, without ball bearing. This new technology reduces the component wear and minimizes fluctuations in the rotation of the mirror.
We were able in this way to further improve the reliability and durability of our gauges, confirming the primacy of the Aeroel technology in the diameter laser measuring systems.
The XLS sensors can now store multiple application programs.

It 's now available in the XLS laser sensors a “multislot” memory to store up to 3 different application programs in the same laser micrometer. This improves the flexibility in use: the same sensor can be used for different applications, for example in the case of measuring a product with rectangular or circular section.
The application software reside in memory areas inside the sensor called "slot" and can be retrieved according to the production requirements in a simple way through the CE-100 panel or by connecting a PC to the Ethernet port and using the Web Server Interface.

Aeroel renews its presence on the web with a new site completely renovated both in the graphic design and in the application platform. The project has set itself the goal of providing a more comprehensive and complete information on the Aeroel products and technology, encouraging a greater amount of interactive content.
The new site is introduced simultaneously with the www.aeroelstore.com, the Aeroel e-commerce site , where you can buy some Aeroel products. The two projects were co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund Regional Operational Program of the Region Friuli Venezia Giulia.
