With this document, AEROEL S.R.L., a single-member company, Tax Code and VAT no. IT00518830302, with registered office in Via Pier Paolo Pasolini 35/3, 33040 Pradamano (UD), Italy, provides information on the methods and purposes of the processing of the personal data of its suppliers.
The term personal data (“personal data”) means personal and fiscal data (e.g. first name, last name, tax code) and company contact data (e.g. business address, e-mail address and telephone number) that have been provided to us by filling in a form or by handing over a business card, or that have been communicated to us (e.g. personally or by e-mail, etc.) e.g. at a company visit, or at a trade fair or exhibition, or in the preliminary stages of a business relationship, or in the course of negotiating an agreement, or for the fulfilment of a business agreement, or for the purpose of fulfilling a business relationship and/or legal obligations.
Purpose of processing and legal basis for processing
The personal data are processed to collect pre-contractual information, for the fulfilment of the contract and/or to comply with a legal obligation, for the effective management of business relations, and also for the purpose of credit protection and better management of our rights concerning the individual business relationship.
The legal basis for the processing may therefore be your consent (i.e. you have given us your consent to use your personal data for the purposes for which we intend to use them), or the need to perform a contract or take pre-contractual action at your request, or our legitimate interest (e.g. the processing is necessary for the interests of our business, for the conduct and management of our business, to enable us to provide you with the best products and services) or to comply with a legal obligation.
For all that is required to comply with legal and/or contractual obligations, any refusal to provide personal data may make it impossible for us to carry out the contractual relationship itself.
Means of processing
The personal data will be processed lawfully, fairly and confidentially, in accordance with EU Regulation no. 679/2016 and any further applicable national legislation. The personal data will be processed mainly by electronic and computerised means and stored on both computerised and paper media as well as on any other suitable media in compliance with appropriate security measures.
Scope of disclosure
The personal data may be processed by employees and/or collaborators of the Data Controllers (e.g. sales, administration, finance and marketing departments), who are authorised to process personal data for the above-mentioned purposes.
They may also be disclosed to: companies belonging to MARPOSS Group (also based outside the European Economic Area), credit institutions, debt collection companies, credit insurance companies, commercial information companies, professionals and consultants, companies operating in the transport sector, corporate control bodies, public authorities in compliance with legal obligations.
The personal data will not be disseminated. We do not use your personal data for any profiling, nor do we use automated decision-making procedures.
Any transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area will be carried out in accordance with the legitimacy requirements of EU Regulation no. 679/2016, such as, for example, the existence of an EU adequacy decision or, in the absence thereof, the signing of standard data protection clauses approved by the European Commission, unless, however, the transfer of the data takes place in the presence of a specific derogation among those provided for in EU Regulation no. 679/2016, such as, for instance, your explicit consent to the transfer, or the need to transfer the data to perform a contract or pre-contractual measures, where the transfer is necessary to establish, exercise or defend a right in court.
Retention period
The personal data will be kept as long as deemed necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, including to fulfil legal, tax or reporting obligations. You can still exercise your rights under EU Regulation No. 679/2016, including that of cancellation and opposition, as indicated below.
Rights of the data subject
In your capacity as data subject, we would like to remind you that you may exercise all your rights under Regulation no. 679/2016 (including the rights of access, rectification, revocation, updating, erasure and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority) and that you may object at any time to the processing in question, by sending an email to gdpr@aeroel.marposs.com and explaining the right you wish to exercise in order to allow us to respond correctly to your request.
