Based on laser technology, Aeroel is manufacturing accurate and reliable laser sensors for contact-less diameter gauging, to be used in industrial environment, to check a number of different products. These instruments are mainly offered to Machine Manufacturers or to System Integrators, being an ideal component to be included in Industry Automation Systems. When diameter monitoring is not enough and additional functions are required, Aeroel offers complete Measuring and Control Systems, designed to meet the specific requirements coming from the application in several manufacturing processes. These Dedicated Systems uses one or more laser sensors programmed with dedicated application software. The sensors are coupled with external electronic units equipped with standard firmware, i.e. Displays or Operator Interface Panels, which are necessary to display the measurement results, to program the system and supply the I/O signals to drive the machine or to link external computers. Each System has been designed to fit the process control requirement and can be completed by a number of accessories which make application easier and guarantee the overall performance. The Dedicated Systems are mainly offered to End Users and summarise the Aeroel’ s know-how in the following Industry Sectors.
